I commit to getting more rest by increasing my hours of sleep. I am only sleeping 5-6 hours a day. I will commit to adding another two hours, because the lack of sleep is starting to take a toll on my mental and physical health. I will do this by placing my phone on DND and setting an Alarm after 7 hours.
