Improve Sleep and Routine

I am setting the goal to get a minimum of 8-9 hours of sleep each time, due to working nights. My sleep will be consistently I will not oversleep some days to make up for not sleeping much or at all in between shifts. I will work to improve my routine and stay to a schedule.
