My commitment is to prioritize rest and stop treating sleep like it is optional. I want to improve my health by giving my body and mind enough time to recover, recharge, and function at my best. I am motivated to stick to this because when I am well-rested, I feel more focused, less stressed, and more like myself. Rest is not being lazy, it is taking care of myself. #healthynurse
