Bettering Sleep

I am going to start sticking to a bedtime routine by working out, doing the sauna, and taking a good shower before bed so my body can cool down and relax. I am going to put my phone down at least an hour before sleeping because the screen light is probably making it harder for my brain to wind down. I am going to cut off caffeine early in the afternoon since energy drinks are most likely keeping me up way longer than I think. I am going to try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day so my body can get used to a solid schedule even with nursing school and CNA shifts.
