My Commitment to Rest

I want to commit to getting 6-7+ hours of sleep per night/or day when I work the same night again. Switching back and forth with my sleep schedule while I work nights, has definitely been a challenge for me and I have noticed that some days I feel extra tired when I don't let my body get enough rest. It is hard to get the rest I need with balancing school, work, and still trying to find time for myself and seeing friends. I want to make sure I am getting enough rest, because sleep is so important for my health.
