Healthy behaviors and choices

I commit to focusing on healthy behaviors and choices (nutrition, rest and quality of life) in order to maintain the weight loss of 30 pounds that I have experienced over the past two years.
This will require intentional focus, particularly during an upcoming vacation and the holiday season at the end of the year. I am looking forward to success with this!
