Commitment to a New Routine

I am committing to implement an exercise routine into my life by performing some type of physical activity! I would want to do at least 30 minutes of activity and do it for 4 days/week in the mornings. By doing this, I hope to establish a routine that I look forward to and have more time of the day to enjoy.
