Commitment to Quality of Life

I am committing to maintaining a work and family life balance as my goal for the next few weeks. It is easy to get overwhelmed by the amount of work it is being a student nurse while also working a separate job and I have been noticing that I have not put in as much effort into my family life and have not been engaging in fun activities with my husband and dog. I am committing to scheduling out my week ahead of time so that I can spend extra time with my little family to help with my mental well being and contribute to my quality of life.
