Commitment: Quality of Life

Published
Nursing school has taken a lot out of me, and I realized I slowly stopped doing the things that once brought me peace and balance. As I am nearing graduation, I've made a commitment to prioritize my quality of life by returning to those meaningful activities. One of my favorite things to do is go on walks with my boyfriend and my dog, Pixie. I love that I get to be outside and enjoy the Texas sunset with a soft breeze, which allows me to clear my mind and let all that built up stress out. Everything just feels lighter, and I'm reminded of what truly matters, especially when I'm surrounded by the people I love most.

@emilyt30 Great commitment! Getting outside (especially with walking buddies) is so good for your body and mind! You've got this!
