I would like to help develop a program within my facility that makes it easier for patients to recognize staff who they feel has made a difference. I feel it is often the unhappy people who make their voices heard because to them it is worth the effort of contacting someone. I am hoping to help find a way to make it easy and timely for patients to voice their appreciation for staff so they will hopefully be more likely to do so. My hope is that this will increase employee satisfaction and improve work environment.
