Yoga every day

I have always exercised, but have found that since hitting my 50's traditional exercise alone is not enough to maintain ideal weight due to metabolism slowing down and not being able to work out as hard. I also travel for work making accessiblity to good gym equipment a challenge. In addition to diet changes, I started Yoga via a 30 day challenge that I can do at home or while traveling from my phone or ipad. I have finished two thirty day challenges, and I am now on my third. It has been very rewarding. I add cardio and light weights a couple days 2-3 per week, and have found I feel more toned, flexiblity and just overall balanced. I will keep up the yoga as it is a progressive practice...you get better the more you put into it. I like the healthy aspect of Yoga, and it always ends with a rest period at the end. Two birds with one stone!
