I commit to start daily yoga

I am fairly active and make relatively good food choices, but menopause has caused some upheaval and I have gained about 20 pounds recently even though I have increased my physical activity.  I'm hoping yoga will help increase muscle mass without causing stress to my joints which are beginning to hurt.
