Get up and move!

I was in the best shape of my life 3 years ago. Now in the worst! I need to get back on track. I will walk run 4-5 days a week and start doing push ups and an qork. I am traveling so I need to improvise on weight lifting. I will do muscle building type exercises 3 days a week
