Improved Strength Training Habit

I have never had a difficult time doing my cardio on a regular basis.  Strength training has been my 'red-headed step-child' as it will be the first part of my workout to be cut if my time is limited.  My goal is to be consistent with 3 days per week on the majority of the weeks of the year.
