Get Back To My Regular Schedule Of 3x Per Week Workouts

I feel way better physically and mentally when I stick to a regular workout regimen. I've been skipping workouts because I'm exhausted getting used to night shift but I need to push through and make exercise a higher priority- even when all I wanna do is lay around!
