I commit to making sure I stand up every 2 hours and stretch for 5 minutes while at work. I also commit to 30 minutes per day of physical activity/exercise.

I will commit to 30 minutes exercise per day--will be a challenge since I sit at a desk 10hr per day and tired at the end--most likely will be in the am before I start or on weekends!

I thought working from home would give me flexibility in workouts, but I have worked out less! I could flip this around, so I'll take this challenge and stretch and do 30 minutes of formal exercise each day.
Definitely need to add the stretch and the exercise part. I do get up every hour.
