Knee Pain

													I am committed to continuing to lose weight so I will suffer less knee pain.  My physician recommended I lose weight as a way to lessen the stress on my knee joints since I do not want to undergo knee surgery.  I have over almost a year lost already 25 lbs and I plan to lose more.  I can tell the difference in my knee pain already.  I plan to increase my exercise activity level so that I will lose more weight and work on my eating behavior towards more healthier foods.  I understand that eating out all the time is not the best food choices but it is just me and cooking is not what I like to do.  I am committed the rest of this year and going forward to changing my "mindset" about cooking so that I will eat healthier.
