I commit to set time aside for myself and keep personal time away from work and school. What I like to do for myself in my personal time is going to the gym and running. I have been consistent in nursing school with keeping this healthy balance. Working out has always been a time where my mind can shut off. It helps to have this hobby because it benefits my physical health and my mental health. I commit to allowing myself to have peace by allowing myself to pour self love with going to the gym for 1 hour a day 3 times a week and running 2 mile light runs on the other 2 days either by myself or accompanied by amazing!!! friends!
