Commit to be fit!

I commit to taking time for my health and fitness. When I pursued nursing, I stopped working out, running, and powerlifting to focus on school work. Now that I have been a nurse for a year, I still make excuses for not having the time or energy to work out. I am prioritizing my health and committing to working out four days a week. After getting started, I feel amazing and realize how much better I feel when I keep this commitment to myself.
