I commit to exercising at least 3 days a week by doing walking, weight training, pilates or yoga each day for at least 30 minutes. I commit to doing this to stay healthier, to maintain a good weight-range and to combat hypertension, hyperlipidemia and to reduce risks of Alzheimer's
