Commitment to Physical Activity

With long clinical days ahead, schoolwork, prepping for my licensure exam, upcoming graduation and moving for my new job soon, maintaining a work life balance is essential to my success. I plan to go to the gym with my husband 4-5 times a week and partake in weight training and cardio exercise in order to optimize my physical and mental well-being during this constantly busy and transitional time.
