Commitment to Physical Well Being

I am committed to maintain a full balanced lifestyle that includes participating in physical activity and choosing a healthier diet. It is important to engage in physical activity daily to promote movement and a better quality of life. I plan to choose foods that are rich in nutrients and vitamins to supply my body with energy. I plan to get an adequate amount of rest and be aware of what I need to do to accomplish my goals in life. Physical well being is necessary and must be a priority in order to be emotionally and mentally available to take care of others needs in the healthcare setting.
