Commitment to personal health

I am committed to incorporating exercise into my daily routine by working out for at least 30 minutes a day. This may include just walking, but pushing myself to run or go to the gym two of those four times a week will benefit my health and allow for healthier habits. I want this to be a priority, as I struggle to use my free time to promote my health in this way.
