As a dedicated nurse and advocate for holistic well-being, I commit to prioritizing physical activity as a vital component of my health and professional performance. I recognize that maintaining regular movement not only enhances my physical strength and resilience but also improves my mental clarity and emotional balance, allowing me to provide the highest level of care to my patients.
Through the Healthy Nurse, Healthy Nation initiative, I pledge to engage in at least 150 minutes of moderate physical activity each week, incorporate movement into my daily routine—whether through walking, stretching, or structured exercise—and encourage my colleagues and patients to do the same. By leading through example, I aim to create a culture of wellness within my workplace and community, knowing that a healthy nurse is a stronger, more effective caregiver.
