Physical Activity

I am committing to maintaining my own health and well-being in order to be an example of wellness and sustain physical demands in my practice. I will engage in at least 2 hours of moderate - intensity physical activity each week. I can achieve this by exercising no fewer than 30minutes per day on the five days of the week, and my progress will be tracked through my Apple Watch fitness app to ensure accountability and consistency.
