Commitment to Physical Activity

This is my commitment to physical activity: I will run at least 3 miles 2-3 times a week. This will help both my physical fitness and mental health. It is essential for me to have this outlet to maintain my physical health and mindfulness while facing the stress of nursing school. Running will help me sort my thoughts and also get stronger as I am working to stay in my best condition to serve and best help my patients I will interact with.
