Commitment to Personal Health

I am committing to caring for my personal health through physical activity. I commit to moving my body at least 4 days a week through going on walks/runs or exercising at the gym for a minimum of 30 minutes. I know when I am physically active, my mental, emotional, and physical health boost. Going into my capstone clinical rotations, it is important for me to stay on top of my health, so I can care for my patients to the best of my abilities. I have included a photo illustrating myself on this mornings 3 mile walk.
