Commitment to Physical Activity

One of my favorites things to do is go on hikes or walks. Exploring the outdoors and stepping foot into nature has always brought a sense of peace to me. Even though we will be conquering nightshift clinicals, I am committing to not letting go of my routine walks and gym sessions. Structuring my off-days or breaks with workouts or some form of movement will be vital for me to maintain that sense of calm that I am accustomed to having. This will continue to help me go into class or clinicals with a clearer mind as physical activity is very cathartic and beneficial in countless ways.
