Exercise Commtiment

In past years, I have always tried to work out consistently, and have been able to for a couple of weeks, but have inevitably fallen off as life has gotten busier. For the next 4 months, I want to commit to working out 5 times a week at the gym. This will not only help my physical health, but will help me grow with my time management and self-discipline. I am excited to see the results!
