Commitment to Physical Activity

As time goes by and nursing semesters become more challenging, I have found myself spending more time worrying about studying and school work, and as a result, neglecting my physical health. This year, I want to be more aware and proactive about setting time aside for physical activity. Not only will this benefit my physical health, but it will also allow me to clear my mind from the stress load of work and school. I also want to incorporate healthier eating habits along with exercise, so that my health and energy can increase. I am committed to spending at least 3-4 days a week doing some kind of physical activity for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
