Commitment to Improve Physical Activity

I am committing to being more physically active. As the school year progresses and the material becomes more intense, I put aside exercise to study instead. Previously, I was more physically active, and I would like to get back to enjoying exercising. This way, I will improve not only my physical health, but also my mental health. I am committing to doing some physical activity, such as weight-bearing exercises or walking, for 4-5 days a week for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour and 20 minutes.
