EXERCISE!!!

I have committed to going to the gym and exercising 5 days a week, including the days I work. I will be doing 4 days of weight training and 3 days of cardio. On the days I go to work, I will go to the gym after my shift even if I am tired. I will commit to working out for at least 40 minutes after work.
