Commitment to Physical Activity

I want to commit to incorporating more walking and hiking into my daily routine. I used to hike all the time and really enjoyed being active and spending time outdoors, but lately life has gotten busy and I’ve fallen out of that habit. Moving forward, I want to make it a priority to walk every day, even if it’s just for a short amount of time, and get back into hiking regularly when I can. I know this will help improve both my physical health and my overall stress levels, especially with a busy schedule. My goal is to be more consistent and intentional about making time for myself and getting back to something I used to love.
