How I plan to commit to improving my physical activity domain is to start small by walking a mile each day, which is easy to do. It would be great to schedule that either in the morning to start my day strong or in the evening as a way to decompress after having a busy day. I can also invest in low-intensity exercises such as yoga and other forms of stretching to be physically active and diversify the types of exercises I do to make it fun. I can even walk to work as a way to get in steps instead of taking the bus to work. Those are some examples I can initiate to help me promote physical activity in my life.
