Physical Activity

Physical activity has been a challenge for me for several years as a result of an autoimmune illness. In November 2025 I made a commitment to improving my overall physical health. I began eating healthier and started walking short distances and gradually increased the amount of time spent on this activity. As a result, I have lost a significant amount of weight. I'm ready to take the next step to become healthier for me, my family but especially for my grandchildren.
I commit to adding strength training and increasing the overall amount of exercise to 150 minutes.
