Take Stock Of Your Activity
Welcome to day 1 of the Back to Basics challenge, powered by support from Humana.
To start off this challenge, let’s identify pockets of your day where you’re already active and celebrate where you’re starting from. Do you walk your dog during the day? Walk or bike to work to avoid public transportation during the pandemic. Or do a quick stretch when you’ve been sitting at your desk for too long? If so, you’re off to a great start!
Pat yourself on the back for the activities that are already a part of your routine. Now, think about how you can expand on them to get in some more movement. Can you take your pup for an extra walk some days? Turn your 2-minute stretch into a 5-minute one?
