Welcome to day 2 of the Back to Basics challenge, powered by support from Humana.

In-person Zumba classes may be on hold, but that doesn’t mean you can’t get your groove on! A simple (and fun!) way to burn calories and increase your heart rate is to put on your favorite tunes and dance around. Make it a family affair by getting your spouse or kids involved. Maybe your teens can teach you their favorite TikTok routine?! Not only will you work up a sweat, but you’ll likely have some laughs too.

If you want a more “formal” exercise routine, search “dance workouts” or “Zumba” on YouTube for countless fun options.
