Welcome to day 10 of the Back to Basics challenge, powered by support from Humana.

Today is the last day of the challenge. Celebrate all of your hard work by planning a fun activity that makes you get outside and move.   
Some ideas:
  • Participate in a sport where you can social distance, such as golf, tennis, or playing a game of cornhole.
  • Celebrate the season by walking through a pumpkin patch, taking a leaf-peeping hike, or going apple picking.
  • Sign up for a virtual fitness event, such as walking or running a 5K. Check out Runner’s World’s list of virtual races for the rest of 2020.
There’s a lot to be stressed and worried about right now. But having a healthy body is something to celebrate, so do something daring and fun with it!
