As we kick off this challenge, we’re diving headfirst into sleep tracking — a powerful tool to help you understand your sleep quality and optimize your routine.
There are 2 main ways to track your sleep:

Apps and wearables: Many apps and wearable devices track sleep stages (light, deep, REM), sleep duration, and sleep disturbances.

Sleep logs: A simple pen-and-paper sleep log works great, too. Each morning, jot down your sleep time, wake-up time, and how well-rested you feel upon waking.
