Sleep Tracking Secrets

Isn’t it awful when you wake up feeling groggy even after a full night's sleep? The culprit might be hidden in your sleep patterns.

As we kick off this challenge, we’re diving headfirst into sleep tracking — a powerful tool to help you understand your sleep quality and optimize your routine.

There are 2 main ways to track your sleep:

  1. Apps and wearables: Many apps and wearable devices track sleep stages (light, deep, REM), sleep duration, and sleep disturbances.

  1. Sleep logs: A simple pen-and-paper sleep log works great, too. Each morning, jot down your sleep time, wake-up time, and how well-rested you feel upon waking.

Download a sleep tracking app, dust off a sleep tracker, or grab a pen and paper and start logging your sleep.
