According to research, consistently monitoring your progress toward a goal increases your chance for long-term success. And, this is true for any goal, including fitness, weight loss, financial goals, etc.

Set up a tracking system to help you reach or maintain your exercise goal this season. You can use tech like a watch, your phone, or a spreadsheet. You can also keep it “old-school” with a wall calendar or whiteboard. Use whatever form of tracking you prefer!
