It’s time to find your fitness community! While it’s fine to exercise alone, incorporating some group workouts into your regimen can keep you motivated and spur you to work harder. Exercising with other people also keeps you accountable and less likely to skip a workout.
Your Action for Tonight
Reach out to a friend, family member, or peer to set up a fitness activity. Consider joining or creating a workplace walking group, or invite a coworker to join you in a fitness class. Most of all, have fun and enjoy the camaraderie!
