Day 6 — Anchor Your Vision in Your Space 

To reap long-term motivational benefits of a vision board, you’ll need to put it in a place where you’ll see it daily to keep your wellness goals top of mind. You should also consider the nature of your goal — for instance, whether it’s work-related, home-related, fitness-focused, or nutrition-focused. Your board location should connect you to those areas.  
 

Consider these spaces: 

  • Bathroom mirror 
  • Locker at work 
  • Next to your gym bag 
  • Office desk 
  • The refrigerator 
  • Your phone and computer background 

Your Action for Tonight

Find an appropriate space for your board. If you have both physical and digital versions, you can leave the physical board at home and bring the digital version to work.
