Letting Support In
Nurses are often skilled at supporting others but may find it harder to receive support themselves.
Moving from me to we means recognizing that support is not a weakness. It is part of well-being, resilience, and safe practice. Asking for help can reduce overload, strengthen relationships, and prevent people from carrying more than they can sustain.
