Commitment to Mental Health

I commit to work on my mental health by taking control of my anxious thoughts.
I will make sure to journal/reflect at the end of each week. I will make sure to stay consistent with my devotion every morning to help keep a strong relationship with God. I will take advantage of the free therapy sessions my university provides to help balance my emotions better and learn how to obtain positive coping skills.
