Finding the balance.

Is there truly a perfect balance ?
These days I have been having so much anxiety and stress trying to manage school work and working as a new grad in the ER. I find it hard to get out of bed because I have so many things to do with limited time to do them. I find myself lying in bed an extra hour trying to figure out should I go to the gym? Get gas maybe or groceries? Oh but my tires need to be changed and I have so many assignments to do still. Often what ends up happening is I end up being so overwhelmed where to begin I end up doing one task. Does it ever end ? Is there truly a balance to manage all the stresses of life? No matter how well I structure my days I feel like another task falls onto my lap making my to do list longer and longer.

@anabellamejia I have often felt like this too. When I start getting too overwhelmed, for me, making lists and scheduling my whole day out the night before helps me. This includes the things that need to get done, and time scheduled for me to relax or decompress. Knowing I have a specific time for me to unwind helps me push through the other tasks and I don't compromise that time.
And like everything in life there's ebbs and flows. Things will slow down eventually.
