I commit to reading my Bible every day for 15 minutes when I wake up to help reduce anxiety and stress. By focusing on God’s Word first thing in the morning, I can ground myself and remember that God is in control over everything.

I have found such peace in committing 15-30 minutes centering myself in Christ through studying His word. Reading my Bible everyday grounds me like nothing else ever could. Makes me realize that life will follow His plan. Learning to let God have control, doing what I can, and praying when I feel lost or anxious keeps my mind focused. I have been doing this for a couple years on my walk with Christ and have found an overwhelming sense of calm in my life since knowing God has got my back.
