I commit to writing 3 things I am grateful for every day in order to focus on positive thinking to improve and maintain a healthy mental status. I feel like when life gets busy, I dwell on things that went wrong or the negative, so I think it is important for me to make a conscious effort to focus on positive things. I hope that by doing this I become better at seeing the bright side and have an overall healthier mental status!
