This year, I am committed to prioritizing my mental health. Nursing school can be very stressful, and I often fall into a cycle of studying and worrying without taking enough breaks. Over time, this affects my well-being. By making my mental health a priority, I hope to reduce stress, prevent burnout, and take better care of myself while in nursing school and learn it's okay to have fun as well!
