Mental Health Commitment
Published
I am committed to improving my mental health this semester. I have neglected to take direct action against various personal issues and discouraging situations that have affected my emotional well-being, my relationships with my circle of friends/family, and my personal responsibilities. Therefore, I will intentionally take action to do things known to improve overall health. I will seek professional help, practice gratitude, move my body often, and practice meditation through quiet time with God.
