Let's Try And Make This Happen!

I am going to commit to being physically active.
  • Cardio:  30 minutes of cardiovascular activity (walking outside or indoor aerobics/dance). At least 3x per week -- Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri.
  • Strength:  Kettlebells or dumbbells -- 2x per week
Starting slow. Will look for guidance somewhere.
