I am going to commit to being physically active.
- Cardio: 30 minutes of cardiovascular activity (walking outside or indoor aerobics/dance). At least 3x per week -- Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri.
- Strength: Kettlebells or dumbbells -- 2x per week
